Soto de Viñuelas: statement following the fire in the area
We would like to begin by saying thank you. To the fire brigade, the Military Emergency Unit, Civil Protection, the Guardia Civil, SUMMA-112, La Paranza, Banco Santander and Prycomsa, and to all the teams who acted swiftly and professionally. Thanks to them, and to the solidarity of neighbours, friends and clients, today we can say that there were no injuries.
The fire, which started in the Tres Cantos area, affected one very specific part of our facilities, the Mirador de Cristal, as well as part of the natural surroundings of the Castillo within the protected area of Soto de Viñuelas. However, most of our facilities and, above all, the Castillo de Viñuelas itself, its historic heritage, the Hunting Lodge and the Invernadero remain intact and in perfect condition.

We have already mobilised every resource needed for the affected areas to recover their beauty and come back even better than before. Our priority remains looking after every couple, client and partner who places their trust in us. Our whole team is on hand to provide information, find solutions and support them every step of the way. With Grupo Life Gourmet at the helm, Soto de Viñuelas will open its doors again with the excellence, beauty and care that have always defined us.
"We have suffered material losses, but what truly matters – our heritage, our history and our essence – remains intact"
We also wish to express our solidarity with everyone, families and businesses in the area, affected by this fire. We share with them the certainty that, with effort and time, nature will flourish again and life will return to this unique setting.
The future of Soto de Viñuelas is still being written. And we will write it together.
