Hall of the Muses
Located in the heart of the Villanueva Building, this room, shaped like an apse and covered in red Pompeian stucco, was redesigned by Rafael Moneo in 2007 and has a great power to evoke the notion of museum space. Its dimensions, characteristics and location make it a unique setting for holding presentations, receptions, cocktails, meetings, concerts, recitals and similar events.
Capacity: 300 people

Auditorium
It is located on the ground floor of the Jeronimos Building and was designed by Rafael Moneo. Impressive in its dimensions and modern design, it is equipped with comfortable seats and equipped with audiovisual technology, which makes it possible to project, stream, and simultaneous translation, etc.
Capacity: 400 people

Cloister
With a square floor plan and two floors, the Jeronimos Cloister has great historical significance as it is part of the Monastery of San Jerónimo el Real, founded by King Henry IV. Rafael Moneo's extension project conceived its rehabilitation as an integral part of the Prado Museum, maintaining its own character and respecting its exact original layout.
It houses the sculptures that the Lions made of the Austrians, as well as the Museum's painting and sculpture restoration workshops, all arranged around a spectacular skylight that allows the space to be used for holding tribute events, dinners, cocktails, concerts or receptions.

Lobby
This multipurpose space connects the two buildings, Jeronimos and Villanueva. Its location, infrastructure and design make it a perfect space for holding cocktails, as a complementary area to spaces such as the Sala de las Muses or the auditorium, given its proximity.

Rooms of the permanent collection
The Villanueva building is almost entirely dedicated to exhibiting the Museum's painting and sculpture collections, which are among the best in the world. The preservation of the works of artists such as El Greco, Tiziano, Velázquez or Goya is compatible with the organization of exclusive visits when the Museum closes its doors to the public.

Patio de Murillo
Conceived in the 18th century by Juan de Villanueva in his original project, this large brick patio is located at the southern end of the building, which overlooks the Botanical Garden. This square-sized space is not covered, and is ideal for holding cocktails at times when the weather allows it.
Capacity: 120 people

Ionian Galleries
At the foot of the Paseo del Prado. Rectangular-shaped rooms run parallel to the main façade of the Museum, dedicated to Velázquez, and their large windows allow us to contemplate, on one side, the gardens and, on the other, the rooms where the works of artists such as Rafael are exhibited.
Capacity: 80 people

Murillo's Terrace
This terrace is located on the south side of the Villanueva building, next to a small pavilion and surrounded by a wrought-iron fence that allows you to contemplate the Botanical Garden. It is suitable for holding cocktails at times when the weather allows it.
Capacity: 120 people

Aula Magna
Large meeting room that exhibits works from the permanent collection and allows you to recreate views of El Retiro Park through the building's original large windows. It has an ideal layout and furniture for holding courses, meetings and company meetings.
